Induced Atmospheric Vibrations

I spent part of Monday on the computer looking up the words 'Induced Atmospheric Vibration' which is  more than they could do in Spain in Portugal because almost the entire Iberian Peninsula had lost electrical power due to it.
The widespread blackout was mostly rectified by Wednesday but nobody can say for certain why it happened and terrorism or cyber attack have been ruled out and most experts fingers are pointing towards the IAV.
I began looking into Spanish power stations and the countries electricity infrastructure but i was looking in the wrong place because it is a Meteorological phenomenon which explains the Atmospheric part of the IAV.
The Vibrating power lines are caused by extreme changes in temperature or air pressure which causes wavelike movements in the atmosphere when a surface heats up very quickly and warms the air above it which creates a pressure imbalance with the surrounding cooler air and hey presto, the ripples make the electrical wires vibrate and you had better hope you are not stuck in a toilet with an electric opening door.
With Climate Change and the heating we are experienced today and the worse heating to come, this could become more of a thing so  energy networks could be vulnerable and could mean a rewiring of the grid so it is more local and not national as well as rethinking the whole electric doors thing.
