The Donald Trump court case currently under way in America can be confusing but i have come up with a handy Acronym which explains it all, FAT SWINDLER.
F is for Four which is the amount of years Trump could face if he is found guilty
A is for AMI who is the publishing company of the National Enquirer who were involved in the scheme to suppress any damaging stories about Trump
T is for the other woman, playboy model Karen McDougal who was given $150,000 for her silence over her affair with Trump
S is for Sexual Assault which is what Trump admitted to doing, saying he would grab women's genitals
W is for Witch Hunt which is what Trump repeatedly calls his trial
I is for Interference which is what prosecutors claim he was trying to do when he falsified his records
N is for New York where the trial is being held
D is for Daniels, the porn star whose real name is Stephanie Clifford who was given £130,000 hush money by Trump
L is for Liar which is what the main witness and the man who made the payment to Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen, is being painted
E is for Entries for the hush money payments made under 'legal expenses' in the Trump company books
R is for Records which the FBI seized showing emails, tax documents and business records relating to the hush money payments
There you go so every time you see the former President on the TV just think 'FAT SWINDLER' and it will all make perfect sense.

L is for Laugh out loud at charging a felony for making a non-disclosure agreement which is common
E is for Exactly, those were "legal expenses". Lots of money is spent preventing legal actions
R is for Really? 34 or 35 felony charges? Really. What bullshit...

i'm quite aware of trumps many flaws and failures (as well as my own, including my biases - it is what my book is about). i just don't ignore the flaws and failures of his antagonists the way you do, nor do i ignore their political machinations.
the politicized legal system in new york (87% democrat) worked very hard to first, delay this trial until this year, and now, has worked very hard to rush prosecution before election day. not coincidental, but a disturbing abuse of the justice system - this is getting third world. but are we surprised based on what the fbi did to trump with fisa warrants? are we surprised after the justice dept looked the other way on hillary's misuse of classified materials and the subsequent destruction of evidence? are we surprised after the investigation into trump over the complete fiction called russian collusion? hardly.
there is much concern about democracy being at risk in the US. i agree. if the justice system has become a political tool of any political party (the left in the past decade and under fdr), our democracy is in trouble.
further, this case in nyc should really be one charge, but since there were 34 book entries they have made 34 charges so people like you can say trump is charged with 34 felonies. political posturing by the da. not good.
next, hush money is paid all the time by politicians, business leaders, wealthy, actors, etc. absolutely nothing new here. the actual illegal action is threatening to harm someone unless they pay hush money - this is the true crime and it was committed by whats-her-name.
that is all going on in nyc.
meanwhile, in georgia, where the da is pursuing rico violations
the atlanta da has made 30+ vists to the whitehouse. what the hell is that about? 1.) how many da's visit the whitehouse? answer very few in the history of the whitehouse. 2.) how many visit more than once? answer, at most a few counting the washington dc da. 3.) how many have visited dozens of times? answer, never happened.
nothing illegal about it, but the political revelation is hard to deny. clear correlation between legal actions in democrat led cities (atlanta and nyc) and the democrat party.
again, abuse of the justice system not seen since the days of j edgar hoover...
then there were the attempts by colorado and few other states to deny trumps name on election ballots because they decided he was guilty of sedition on jan 6... the US supreme court had to step in to shut that bullshit down.
sure, i drink koolaid, but there is some bad stuff going on here and it is being done by the left and coordinated the democrat national committee, and it involves the white house. this is not good for democracy in the US.
