Stop Googling, We Get One Day Off

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has died. Buckingham Palace confirmed the news in a statement reading: 'The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon' and so Operation London Bridge swings into effect although the question i got asked the most was 'Do we get a Day off?' so to save you Googling, yes we do but just the one, the day of her funeral.
So what happens now that London Bridge has fallen? Prince Charles immediately becomes King Charles III and William and Kate are promoted to the Prince and Princes of Wales, Government departments drop their flags to half mast and the UK officially enters 10 days of mourning with the day of the funeral, expected to be on the 10th Day, a designated Bank Holiday although it is not compulsory for employers to grant the day off.
King Charles Coronation is also a Bank Holiday although the preparation takes months so it is not expected anytime soon and possibly not even this side of the New Year although Camilla will not be Queen, her title will be Queen Consort which is the official title for the wife of the monarch.
Other changes now are the words to the National Anthem are changed and new postage stamps and currency created.
