Zelenskyy's Art Of The Deal

After much negotiation, Ukraine and America has signed a deal for the mineral rights in the war torn country, a deal which will begin to repay roughly $175bn provided to Ukraine since the beginning of the war according to the Trump administration.
As with anything that comes from the mouths of Donald Trump's administration, the truth is not quite as it they are portraying because Trump may think he has exploited Zelenskyy in his moment of need but i assume Zelenskyy waited until the ink was dry before pointing out that most of Ukraine's mineral wealth is in the East of the country, currently being trampled over by Russian boots.
The largest site in Novopoltavske is currently behind Russian lines so Trump may have to cuddle up to Putin even more to let him in to dig them up.
Trump had demanded $500 billion in compensation originally but Zelenskyy rejected it and made a counter offer which Trump seems to have snapped up, one of which is that Ukarine decide where the USA diggers go and experts are saying it could be another 10 years for the exploration and then the infrastructure to be in place.
The billions of dollars 'debt' for US support begins to be paid back in minerals in a decades time with the profits going towards: 'infrastructure and processing in Ukraine for the first 10 years, after which profits may be distributed between the partners'
I am sure more details will come out but Mr Zelenskyy seems to have played a blinder with this one, he puts Americans in the line of fire to collect the minerals which will pay for the rebuilding of his country and America has to toil for 10 years getting things ready and then another 10 years of solid digging before making any profit from it. Art of the Deal indeed.
