The chaos has started already in America as the outgoing President Biden banning Tik Tok on security grounds and then Donald Trump opening it up again on the same day.
Whatever security information the Joe Biden administration had regarding Tik Tok obviously wasn't passed on because most of the rest of the world looked at it and deemed it not so much a risk witjh the UK Government even saying: 'There are currently no plans for the UK to follow in America's footsteps and went with a pithy: 'Cats and dancing videos do not seem like a national security threat'
So as the Social Media platform is now back online in America, where can't citizens see video's of cats and dancing?
The Taliban government banned TikTok in Afghanistan as it could 'mislead the younger generation' and nobody can learn how to floss from Tik Tok in India who banned it as it was: 'Prejudicial to India's sovereignty and integrity' and no cute feline videos in Kyrgyzstan as it was banned due to it being: 'harmful to the mental health of children'.
Nepal is another nation to have a Tik Tok blackout, saying it was 'disturbing social harmony and good will' and Somalia is another due to: 'terrorists and immoral groups using the app to spread horrific images and misinformation'.
How many of the citizens in those nations have installed Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to continue enjoying watching people do the Robot and Cats fall off kitchen counters we don't know but
American's, for now, can watch along.
