The New Mantra For Arseholes

The UK Government seem to have got fed up with battling Coronavirus and just stated everythings open because 'we just got to live with it' which is great if you don't catch it but the way infections are lifting off, that's going to be easier said then done.
The Over 80's should especially be careful because as Boris Johnson said 'only over-80s are dying' which must come as a great comfort to the grieving families and loved ones of the 'only over-80s' who have died because the Government were so awful at keeping them safe and dismissed them with such a lack of empathy.
Must be hard being a right wing arsehole all the time but many seem to be able to pull it off, you only have to see the comments agreeing with Johnson's 'it’s only the over-80's' comment to get a idea of just how much arseholery there is on that side of the political divide but then we always knew that anyway, the shock would be if they didn't say something so outlandishly selfish and stupid, that's what would make the rest of us sit up.
Another thing the Right Wing are completely clueless about is Climate Change and i do wonder how long it will be until we hear that like Coronavirus, it is something we will just have to live with.
It is sure to become the Rights new mantra, when something is going to effect them negatively, then no point trying to do anything about it, just have to live with it so the rising sea levels, wild fires, extreme weather, floods and desertification, sorry but going to have to just get on with it.
Like when Johnson promised he would do: 'whatever it takes to tackle the pandemic', that promise fell away pretty quickly because it was expensive and hard and now his new idea is to no longer even pretend to keep down infections in England and tackling Climate Change is going to be the same, mostly because the idiots in charge over the last few decades have refused to sort it out and like the delay in Lock-downs, the result is that it is going to be more extreme and harder than it needed to be.
It seems that in a few short years we will have gone from climate change is a hoax and attacking anything scientific to oops, we made a pigs ear of that and tens of millions will die but unfortunately nothing can be done so let's just live with it.
We are, of course, doomed either by Covid-19 or Climate Change but if you are over 80, sorry, the arseholes amongst us don't care which one takes you.
