Will It Stand Up In Court?

Publicist Max Clifford has begun giving evidence in his trial for a string of indecent assaults and his barrister Richard Horwell, had told the court that claims that Clifford has a 'micropenis' and it's 'freakishly small' was incorrect, saying: 'None of these witnesses are correct because Mr Clifford has an average-sized penis. That will be his evidence'.
All Max has to do now is drop his pants in the dock and if the organ isn't freakishly small it's case closed and all back to Mrs Miggin's for coffee and a slice of pie.
If the judge has to ask for a telescope then it's a prison sentence and a life time of seeing his name changed to Min Clifford in all the newspapers.
